Uncle Cliff

Bonnyman, Clifford Avard, 65, of Truro, passed away on March 15, 2011 at the QE11 hospital, Halifax. Born in Truro, he was the youngest son of the late Clifford and Hazel (Hall) Bonnyman. He was a diesel mechanic by trade and worked for Mac Trucks in Dartmouth, Nova Enterprises and Scotsburn Dairy in Truro. Cliff also enjoyed many years as a volunteer with the Truro Fire Brigade. He is survived by daughter Crista  (Kevin) and son Brad (Cathy), grandsons Kaleb and Liam Free, all of Calgary, Alberta, sister Elizabeth (Jamie) Durning, step mother Bertha Bonnyman, step sister Judy  (Warren) Ettinger, sister-in-law Carol (Bruce) Wynn, all of Truro and sister-in-law Eloise (Herman) Murphy, Fredericton, N.B., as well as several, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Judy (Stevens ) (1990), her parents Lloyd and Hilda Stevens, and brother Bill ( 2002 ).
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Mattatall-Varner Funeral Home, Truro. Burial will be in the Belmont cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at the Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, and the QE11 Hospital, Halifax, for their care and kindness shown to Cliff during the past two months.
A visitation will be held at the Truro Fire Hall, Promenade Room(back entrance) on Thursday, March 24th., 2011. Family and friends are invited to drop in between  7-9 PM.

I'm going to miss him, he was a man in pain. The love story he can tell now pales Romeo and Juliet. Cliff is in the loving arms of his wife Judy.oxox
